Foodie Gift Guide - The Ultimate Grey County Foodie Experience

Beautiful Grey County.

Some of the gifts we picked for our Foodie Gift Guide have something in common - they come from food producers in Grey County.  I have long been familiar with Blue Mountains and Collingwood but it wasn't until last year that I started to explore the entire region. Hugging the South West shore of Georgian Bay, from Collingwood to Owen Sound, this region is one of the culinary and agricultural hubs of Ontario.   It's known as 'Apple Country' because of the wide variety of orchards that yield pies, ciders and more.  But apples are just the beginning; maple syrup, cheese, farm to table restaurants are just a few of the things I've enjoyed in my time there.  Our Feel Good Foodie Guide highlights a few of the best spots.

Grey County is also home to some killer outdoor activities.  While Blue Mountain is one of the main attractions, you can take in off-roading to caving.
